Dragon Promotions, in conjunction with the generous support of straight pool enthusiast, Dr.Michael Fedak of NYC, will produce this prestigious event bringing players from around the globe to once again convene in the US to play for the coveted title of World Straight Pool Champion.

To make this year's event more memorable and special, the players meeting will kick off with a banquet dinner, held at the Hilton for all invited players and special guests. This celebratory reception is hosted by the event's main patron sponsor, Dr.Michael Fedak.

The World 14.1 Championship is sanctioned by the World Pool - Billiard Association (WPA) and is officially recognized world wide as a World Championship event. The champion will also have his/her name inscribed on the World 14.1 Champion's Cup alongside the names of previous winners such as Hoppe, Mizerak, Sigel, Mosconi, Hohmann, and Ortmann.
